RCGA rules govern play (except where modified by local rules)

White stakes or Markers define out of bounds.
White Lines define ground under repair.
Yellow stakes define water hazards.
Free Drop - no nearer hole from all cart paths, maintenance roads, wooden fences, course signs, water fountains or containers.
Golf carts must remain well away from greens and tees (at least 30 feet). Drivers must obey all signs. Carts must not be driven in the rough.
